The Aviation Command is part of the Field Operations Bureau of the Maryland State Police.

The Command Staff is responsible for managing the overall operation of the Aviation Command. It is an enormous task. Not only are they responsible for the supervision of all personnel, they must also ensure that everything from jet fuel to medical supplies are available for the entire Command.
